Typical Ligurian specialty made with flour, water, olive oil and salt. It, like all our products is mixed with the natural yeast mother. The difference among these multiple types of focaccia made in the different provinces of Liguria is in the thickness and crispiness.

This type of cake is topped with onions with their taste makes it particularly appetizing. Ideal as appetizer and aperitif and buffet.
