Focaccia with olives.

Typical Ligurian specialty made with flour, water, olive oil and salt. It, like all our products is mixed with the natural yeast mother. The difference among these multiple types of focaccia made in different provinces of Liguria is in the thickness and crispiness.

This particular type of cake is garnished with green olives that enhance the flavor.

Ideal as appetizer and aperitif and buffet.
